Volunteer with ETL

We are always looking for enthusiastic volunteers to keep the Edinburgh Tool Library up and running. Whether donating marketing and design skills, managing all the computer internet stuff or ensuring the newsletter goes out on a (semi)regular basis, volunteers make a huge difference.

If you can help or would like to suggest other ways to contribute,
please get in touch via the form below.

In 2016, 40 volunteers signed up (we want more though!). A Volunteer Assembly is held each quarter, where volunteers have the opportunity to direct where our resources should go. It operates as a sociocracy, where all participants are encouraged to share ideas of other groups to work with and support with our prime resources of time, equipment, and volunteers. At one event we decided to support Dads Rock, and helped a group of fathers create giant musical instruments to play with their children. At another, we helped a Cyrenians community to build a front garden.
