ETL Programme Coordinator

£21,000 pa pro rata
2 days a week
Applications close: Friday 21st June
The Programme Coordinator will be responsible for the planning, marketing, and implementation of our taught class programme. Working closely with the Workshop Director, you will be involved in the development of new classes for members, group bookings, and responding to feedback from previous classes, measuring their social impact, and maintaining the administrative side of running this programme.  You will prepare reports for the Tool Library Director on profitability and margins for the workshops, as well as the make-up of participants, ensuring we are reaching our financial sustainability, as well as our social impact targets.
Additionally, you will be the lead on the Nailing It project – liaising with Edinburgh-based charities working with vulnerable women, to support their service users participation in a women-only woodworking course.  This will involve regular contact with the charities themselves, and managing logistics around the course, such as arranging transport and childcare for participants.
We can't wait to hear from you.
