A makers group is an informal, collaborative making group where you can get to know fellow and learning new skills. Groups will often focus on making useful things for the community.
All groups are free to attend, are welcoming to absolute beginners, and are supported by a paid member of our team.

Community Improvements Makers Group
Weekly – Wednesday – 10:00am- 3:00pm
Help improve our outdoor community spaces across Edinburgh. Projects include; planters, benches, habitat boxes and mud kitchens

Young Adults Makers Group
Weekly – Tuesdays – 10:00am-1:00pm
DIY and woodworking for people aged 16-24. Opportunities to gain experiences and grow confidence in small groups. Projects include; making and repairing outdoor furniture, building small pieces of furniture, wire a lamp, hang a shelf

Fortnightly – Tuesday – 6:00pm-8:00pm
Meet other Trans and Non-Binary people while learning new skills.Projects include; Little free LGBT Libraries, Pride decorations, bug hotels
